It starts with the 7-day vignette at 23,50 €. Periods: 7 days, 30 days and a year (128 €). The price depends on the class by height above the front axle: Class 2A (below 1.30 m, car), Class 2B (above 1.30 m, van/camper — almost 2x more) and Class 1 (motorcycle). Slovenia does NOT offer a 1-day vignette — the minimum is 7 days. You pay in euros.
No. We are an independent intermediary service — the price includes the DARS road toll and order handling. The official system is evinjeta.dars.si (operator DARS). Driving through Hungary? Buy the Hungarian vignette on our sister site e-matrica.org; through Czechia — e-dalnice.org; Slovakia — e-znamka.org; Romania — e-rovinieta.org; Bulgaria — bg-vineta.org.
Registration in the DARS system usually takes 10–15 minutes after the payment is settled. You can choose a start date — even months ahead. The confirmation and e-vignette details are sent to your e-mail.
Enforcement is electronic — ANPR cameras on the A1–A5 motorways scan plates 24/7. Without a valid e-vignette you face a fine of up to 800 €. Note: the wrong class (2A instead of 2B) is also fined — check your vehicle height above the front axle in the registration document.
Yes. Motorcycles are chargeable (Class 1) — periods of 7 days, 6 months and a year. A car below 1.30 m above the front axle is Class 2A; a van, camper or MPV above 1.30 m is Class 2B (almost 2x more). Trailers are exempt.
Yes. On Slovenian motorways A1–A5 (e.g. A1 Maribor–Ljubljana–Koper, A2 to Bled and the Karawanken tunnel) the e-vignette is mandatory for vehicles up to 3.5 t. Local roads are free, but transit routes to the Croatian coast run on motorways. Note: the Karawanken tunnel is a SEPARATE toll (~8.50 €), not covered by the vignette.
You can buy the e-vignette online here in 2 minutes: choose a class (2A/2B/motorcycle) and period (7 days, 30 days or a year), enter your registration number and e-mail, then pay by card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. You pay in euros. The e-vignette is registered in the DARS system usually within 10–15 minutes, and you get a confirmation by e-mail. No stickers — the Slovenian e-vignette is fully electronic.
